School Groups
M&T Adventures believe that high-quality outdoor provision is proven to: develop reflective & inquisitive thinking, develop resilience & adaptability, and have an understanding of how we can look after our environment.
This in turn this helps to develop self-awareness, confdence & self-esteem, develop collaborative working and communication skills. These provide positive health benefits – both physically and mentally whilst developing a lifelong love of the outdoors.
We are experienced and qualified to lead school groups of all ages in a variety of exciting, enjoyable, and educational activities.
This includes (but is not limited to) canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, climbing, orienteering, ghyll scrambling, mountain biking, fell walking, team building, bush craft, caving, and abseiling.
Experiences can be a half/full day, or multiple days.
We are also able to deliver a progressive adventure programme from Reception – Year 6. Year 7 – Year 11
GCSE & BTEC Canoeing & Climbing available
Advice on accommodation if needed for multi-day bookings.
Primary Schools
• Day or multiple day visits. Location – Urswick or Coniston dependent upon requirements.
• Activities can include a combination of; Independently led picture / nature trails, Climbing, Bushcraft, Shelter building, Canoeing, Abseiling, Survival day & SUP
• All can be tailored to each individual year group, can be cross curricular and directly linked to National Curriculum requirements.
• Residential options are available upon request
• Group package @ a reduced school rate per group of 10 Children. (Non-residential & Schools to provide own transport to venue). Half day options also available.

Secondary Schools
• Day or multiple day visits. Location Coniston Village and or Brown Howe, Coniston dependent upon requirements and or level of challenges required
• Activities can include a combination of; Team building activities, Student led rambles, Climbing graded routes, Abseiling, Ghyll Scrambling, Canoeing, Raft Building, Individual & Giant Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Independent Bushcraft including cooking on an open fire
• The courses can be as part of an induction / transition, enrichment week or residential experience
• Residential options are available upon request
• Group package @ a reduced school rate per group of 10 Students. (Non-residential & Schools to provide own transport to venue). Half day options also available
